Warranty

We have spent a lot of time and effort to the design and manufacture the Trybike. Every Trybike is checked but nevertheless sometimes it can still have manufacturing defects. Therefore Trybike has a warranty period of 2 years from date of purchase against any manufacturing defect. We will repair  or replace any manufacturing defects within this period free of charge.

If there is a problem with the Trybike please consult your retailer where you bought the Trybike. If the retailer cannot solve your service request right away, then she/he will contact our service department as soon as possible. Our warranty is valid for the first buyer who purchased the product new from an authorized Trybike dealer. Please present a copy of the purchase receipt.

Probably you are not eligible for this guarantee when:

• you changed the Trybike somehow
• when the problem is the result of normal wear and tear
• when you bought the Trybike used
• when the Trybike has not been used correctly
• when stored outside
• when not maintained.

In case something is wrong with your Trybike and your warranty is no longer valid please contact us anyway. We can always help you. We designed The Trybike so that it can always be fixed, all components are available and can be ordered separately. We will do everything to make children enjoy the Trybike as long as possible.
